Acceptance of Conditions. Ordering with My Curry Station constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect at the time you first access the site or phone us. If you do not accept these terms and conditions you must not place an order via the internet or over the phone. You can only access our full menu and order from us from this website and therefore all orders are subject to these conditions.
Service Availability. Available to anyone who is capable of coming and picking up
Your Status. By placing an order through our Site, you warrant that:
Cancellation. For small orders you may cancel up to 6 hours before by phone only. For larger catering orders a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. These orders may also be canceled via phone up to 6 hours before (deposit is non-refundable as we set about purchasing perishable ingredients for your order).
Allergies. We cannot guarantee that any of our foods are free from nuts or nut derivatives. We cannot guarantee that our food will be free from any other ingredients that may causes allergies or allergic reactions. We cook all dishes from scratch therefore a large number of ingredients are present in our kitchen.
Vegetarian Safe. We do prepare and cook all meals in a meat-free kitchen.
Pick up. All meals are currently for pick up only.
Payment. Payment is made upon pick up. My Curry Station accept cash only at this time.
Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to establish contact with you by phone or email after you have placed an order. This is to protect ourselves against fraudulent and hoax orders. In some circumstance (for example exceptionally large orders) we may insist on a deposit to be paid in advance before confirming your order. If you order online or over the phone, the total price will be confirmed to you before the order is completed.
Website Photos. Food photographs on this site do not necessarily represent exactly how your dishes will be delivered to you. In some cases there will be differences between the photos displayed and the ingredients in the dish. For example where ingredients are not available or are out of stock our chef may decide on suitable replacements to be used (for example red pepper substituted for green pepper). If you are unsure of the ingredients of any dish then please call and discuss this with us before ordering.
Food Description & Ingredients. My Curry Station attempt to be as accurate as possible with all meal descriptions on the website and represent the item in question. “Home-made” means created and cooked entirely from scratch by us. “Fresh” means not frozen or tinned. We purchase all vegetables fresh from a local market. We take all the precautions during cooking.
Liability. By placing an order you agree that My Curry Station member’s liability is only for the amount you spent and nothing more than that.
Complaints / Requests. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with our products or service, please contact us and we’ll endeavor to put it right. Just call us or contact us via e-mail.
Electronic Communications. When you visit My Curry Station or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Viruses. My Curry Station do not warrant that this site is free of viruses or bugs or that this site is compatible with all computer systems and browsers.
Cookies. This site uses session cookies for the purpose of tracking your progress through the checkout process and holding your shopping cart contents. By using this site you consent to this cookie being placed on your computer and acknowledge that the site would otherwise not function accordingly.
